Elizabeth Minvielle joined the Brown & Brown Gulf States team in 2006. During her career in insurance, Elizabeth has completed Brown & Brown University in 2007, Leadership Iberia in 2009, and obtained Top Gun of the Lafayette, Louisiana office in 2013 and 2015. In 2018 she was inducted into the Champions Club, which is a distinguished club for Brown & Brown teammates. She has also completed many carrier-sponsored programs to further her knowledge in products that she can offer to her clients as well as solutions to Healthcare Reform and other related issues. In 2016, Elizabeth achieved the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation, a specialty designation in the field of employee benefits and compensation.
Elizabeth feels that working for a company that has National Strength combined with a Local Presence gives her a competitive edge to bring to her clients. She enjoys her job most when she can bring a solution to an employer and enhance their Employee Benefits package.
Elizabeth served on the Board of Directors of Iberia Medical Center from 2004 – 2008 and Board of Directors for LAHU in 2013. She plays an active role in the Louisiana Nursing Home Association, as well as the American Council Engineering Companies Life & Health Trust for the State of Louisiana. She is a member of ASHRM, NAHU, AAHU, ACEC/L & LNHA.
Born and raised in New Iberia, Louisiana, where she currently resides, Elizabeth and her husband Lynn Minvielle are the proud parents of three sons.
