Julia Fisher-Perrier brings ten years of experience in the property & casualty insurance arena. As a lifelong resident of St. Charles Parish, and a member of the St. Charles Parish Council for District VII since 2012, Julia brings a special knowledge of the risk challenges of public entities and municipalities. As part of the Brown & Brown team, Julia will work with clients to find the right solutions to their commercial insurance & risk management challenges. Julia is involved in many committees and philanthropic efforts which affords her a well-rounded view of how agencies work together in the public and private sector.
Julia is a member of the Louisiana Police Jury Association Executive Board as an At-Large Member and the National Association of County Officials. She is Chairman of the PJAL Wildlife and Fisheries Committee. She is a member of NACo's Public Safety and Justice Steering Committee and is also a member of NACo's Next Generation. She serves as President of the Executive Board of the United Way of St. Charles and is a member of the St. Charles United Way Finance Committee.

Julia’s responsibilities include: Coordination of Brown & Brown property and casualty resources to the client, strategic planning, renewal and marketing coordination with the marketing team, negotiating new business and renewal proposals with Underwriters, facilitating risk management solutions available to clients. Julia’s primary focus are mid-sized and large commercial risks with corporate structure. Julia has excelled in securing coverage for risks with Governmental structure.
